Sheckler?s Skate For A Cause Raises $100,000!!

Who says that skateboarders are not fit for society?� Several people in fact.� Over the decades, skateboarders have been portrayed in a very bad light. Just check out this DUDE.� That was Natas!� You can’t even see what trick he’s doing.� I mean, how could this guy ever get sponsored when it’s impossible to understand his steez?� And back in the 90′s, the only stories on skaters ever covered in the “LAMESTREAM MEDIA” involved some type of misdemeanor, felony, or murder.� Of course with that kind of coverage, skateboarding would never get anywhere in society. But somewhere in SoCal in the middle of bad news story after bad new story, a miracle came from heaven.� That miracle had a name.� It was Sheckler.� Ryan Sheckler. Aside from his angelic EYES, he came down as a real life angel.� Thanks to Ryan and the Sheckler Foundation’s 4th Annual Skate For a Cause event, the skateboard community was able to exec expectations by raising more than $100,000!! Skateboard legends Jay Adams and Dave Hackett were among the many that competed in the skatepark?s Shark bowl, but it was Christian Hosoi that took home the GoPro Legends Bowl title this year.
